These gluten-free Christmas Cupcakes will be a hit at your holiday party. Using Zuvii Cake Mix makes it really easy to make and they are so cute that no one will be able to resist them.
- 1 Bag of Zuvii Cake Mix (Chocolate or Vanilla) with additional ingredients – 1/2 C Butter, 3 egg whites, 1 C water, Vanilla (vanilla cake only)
- White Icing
- Black Decorating Gel
- Large Marshmallows
- Candy Corn
- Any candy of your choice
Simple follow the directions on the back of your Zuvii cake mixes. Place batter in cupcake trays and bake for 18-25 minutes.
After cooled down ice cupcakes with white frosting. Let frosting cool in fridge for 15 minutes for easier decorating. Draw eyes and mouth on marshmallow with black decorating gel. Use a dab of icing to glue marshmallow head on cupcake.
Use icing to apply nose (candy corn) to the marshmallow. Apply black decorating gel to draw the arms on your cupcake. Add candy of your choice to make buttons, scarf, hat and more.
