These are no sugar added, paleo-friendly, dairy-free, gluten-free and grain-free and have an amazing consistency!
- 1/2 cup Zuvii Banana Flour
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup nut butter of choice
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 TB unsweetened apple sauce or honey/maple syrup
- 2 TB coconut oil
- 2 eggs
- Chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, or other topping of choice
- Optional: collagen
Mix all ingredients except chocolate/toppings into a dough. Warning – it’s pretty sticky, you may need to refrigerate for a bit before scraping it into the pan. Then use a spatula to scrape into a parchment lined 8×8 inch baking dish. Press chocolate chunks/chips or other topping of choice into the top. Bake on 350 for about 11 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before enjoying!
