Start your day with a pretty in pink pitaya bowl that’s packed with a resistant starch punch!
- 1 (3.5 oz) pack frozen Pitaya (or 1 dragon fruit, peeled, diced and frozen)
- small handful of frozen berries
- 1/3 cup coconut water, almond milk or apple juice
- 3 TB of Zuvii Banana Flour
- Chia seeds or hemp seeds
- Fresh fruit
- Coconut Shavings
- Honey or Agave
Break up the frozen pitaya into chunks place in blender. Add frozen fruit and just enough liquid to blend until it’s at a smoothie consistency. Transfer frozen mixture to a bowl and top with your favorite toppings. Caution: Topping may sink, so make sure not to fill the bowl all the way or the smoothie will spill over the edges!
