Resistant Starch Green Smoothie

This Resistant Starch green smoothie will give you all the nutrients you need to start your day off right.

Ingredients
  • ½ Avocado,
  • ½ Green Apple
  • ½ Cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½  Cup spinach
  • 1/3 Cup Almond Milk,
  • 2 Tablespoons of Banana Flour (Zuvii Banana Flour)
  • Handful of Ice (To match desired thickness or temperature)
Instructions

This pre biotic resistant starch smoothie is loaded with quality foods including Zuvii Banana Flour.

Instructions 

Simply add all ingredients into a blender and blend until fully smooth.  Add more milk or ice to match your desired thickness.
